Have you ever felt like your summer days are too hectic to make time for a refreshing drink? Well, this Kiwi Mojito Mocktail will give you the refreshment of a mojito, without the alcohol, or any of the hard work.
All it takes is about 15 minutes and a few healthy, natural ingredients. For an added bonus, we've spiced things up by pairing it with our HOLISTIK stress CBD Stir STIK.
You'll be feeling refreshed and stress-free with this summertime mocktail recipe. It's a delicious, cooling beverage that's quick to prepare, non-alcoholic and is always a crowd-pleaser at parties.

Ingredients

2 Kiwis, Whole

1 Lemon, Sliced

2 Sprigs Mint Leaves

2 tbsp Honey
-
12 oz Soda Water

1 STIK, HOLISTIK stress

a few, ice cubes

optional, fresh ginger
Directions
Halve the lemon and thinly slice them.
In a cocktail shaker add one chopped kiwi, half the lemon slices and a few mint sprigs or leaves.
Using a pestle, crush or muddle the ingredients all together to release all of the flavors.
Next, transfer all the muddled ingredients into a tall glass. A mojito glass works best or you can substitute with a tom collins glass.
Next Pop & Pour the HOLISTIK stress and the honey over the top of the muddled ingredients.
Add ice till it hits the top of the glass and slowly pour the soda water over the ice. Make sure not to pour too fast or it will bubble over.
Stir slowly with the HOLISTIK stress Stir STIK, then garnish with kiwi slices, more mint and a straw.
Finally, serve and enjoy!

To spice this recipe up even more, add some fresh ginger [to taste] before muddling.
