Is CBD Legal in my state?

Yes, CBD is legal in all 50 states, however, be careful out there. The legality of CBD is determined by its source. HOLISTIK Wellness takes sourcing very seriously, and our Full Spectrum water soluble CBD is sourced from hand picked farms, licensed to grow industrial hemp plants (cannabis plants with NO MORE than 0.3% THC content).

Will CBD get me high?

No, our Full Spectrum Water Soluble CBD is 100% non-psychoactive containing NO MORE than 0.3% THC delta 9.

What is the Farm Bill?

The 2018 Farm Bill is more expansive. It allows hemp cultivation broadly, not simply pilot programs for studying market interest in hemp-derived products. It explicitly allows the transfer of hemp-derived products across state lines for commercial or other purposes. It also puts no restrictions on the sale, transport, or possession of hemp-derived products, so long as those items are produced in a manner consistent with the law.

CBD oil, Hemp oil, and powder?

Hemp oil is normally pressed from the seeds of the hemp plant, which means it does not contain the same amount of cannabinoids found in medicinal cannabis oils which are extracted from the whole plant.

Is there any THC in HOLISTIK?

There is less than 0.3% THC in our full spectrum CBD powder.

How long does it take to kick in?

Recipients try it and feel it in 15-20 mins.

Is it possible to overdose on CBD?

There have been no know overdoses but we have thoughtfully portioned our stiks to have 10 mgs sized doses to help daily use.

Will I have trouble with drug tests using CBD?

As with all hemp products made from the entire plant there is a chance that consumption could trigger a positive drug test. We are hopeful that drug test polices will quickly evolve in line with the law, but in the mean time, consult your doctor and/or employer if this is a concern.
