This mocktail is perfect for the Fall months! It's always difficult to decide what to drink as the weather is changing, but this is an all-in-one solution.
Pumpkin has Vitamins A and C, as well as anti-inflammatory properties. It's both delicious and good for you. And with a hint of Ginger and a HOLISTIK digest STIK, you'll be feeling good all over.
Spark a fire, invite some friends, and make this crowd pleaser for an event you won't forget!
Ingredients

2 tbsp, pumpkin purée

4 tbsp, apple cider

¼ tsp, ground cinnamon

1 inch, piece of fresh ginger, peeled

1-2 cans, apricot flavored sparkling water

2 STIKs, HOLISTIK Wellness digest

a few, ice cubes

2 STIKs, cinnamon
Directions
Add pumpkin purée, apple cider, ginger, and ground cinnamon in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to combine ingredients.
- Strain the pumpkin mix into 2 glasses with ice.
POP and POUR a HOLISTIK digest STIK in each glass. Stir until dissolved.
Pour apricot sparkling water over the top and add ice until glass is filled.
Add cinnamon sticks for garnish and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Instead of using apricot sparkling water, you can use plain (or really many flavors) sparkling water if you prefer.
