These sticks are fantastic! I love the stir stick option but the pour in option is great too. It has no flavor so can go into any beverage and certainly provides a pick me up during the day!

When I tell you, this helps me so much! I have the focus one and one thing about me, I can’t focus on my own for nothing. Now whenever I need an extra boost for cleaning, cooking, etc. this is what I use and you should too!

Great, pick me up!!

This product is great and convenient pick me up. I enjoyed the quick energy boost after a stressful day at work. Simply pull our one of my Holistik and mix it into my beverage of choice. Personally, I prefer it in hot tea because the taste plays well with a little honey. I have also tried it in water and juice. This is great product with quick results!

Fast Acting & Energetic

POV: 5⭐ I'm a 68 yo female & I get tired very easily. I've seen this HOLISTIK hemp focus STIK 10mg apparently to have a fast-acting, CBD Wellness blended with natural lion's mane and green coffee. It took me a minute to figure out how to open it & put it in my glass. It smells a little earthy & the taste is a little earthy but not bad! I used a 4oz glass with room temperature purified water, took the stick & stirred HOLISTIK content in the water glass. The contacts in the glass dissolved very quickly. I drank this & waited. I decided to go to bed after getting my YT commentary together & decided to clean my room which I've been trying to do for over 6 Mo's. Within about 20 to 25 mins I had a burst of calm happy energy I Kid You Not! I cleaned my room, I wasn't tired! I relaxed by taking a shower & later continued writing up my next commentary for my next YT show! Woke up the next morning feeling good!! I do recommend this product %.

Decent product

It was an interesting experience to say the least, for those who are just starting on it, I would suggest to adjust the amount you use as half of a stick, and work from there. Other than that, the taste was ok, but could have been better. Did it work as intended as the package says? Yes, it did.

Great for anxiety!

This is great for an energy without making you feel anxious. I am enthusiastic about the benefits of mushrooms like lions mane, and had heard about the effectiveness of CBD for a while. These sticks are super convenient if you are always on the go because they fit in your purse easily, or if you don’t want to take a whole stick (you can put the cap back on and save the rest for later).
